AL GIGA MYKONOS 01 - BLACK EDITION
Mykonos Nights, Captured in a Fragrance…
by Christiana Nasiou via Mensarena
Can a fragrance evoke the magnetic allure of a night in Mykonos?
The answer is yes—especially when it comes to AL GIGA MYKONOS 01 — Black Edition, a bold new interpretation of AL GIGA’s signature fragrance, enriched with mysterious notes, greater depth, and a seductive character. This luxurious Eau de Parfum opens with a sparkling burst of bitter lemon and Italian bergamot, leading to a heart of Egyptian jasmine that whispers gently beneath the surface. It all rests on a sensual base of sandalwood, coconut, and white musk, created for sun-kissed skin and enhanced with Madagascar vanilla and notes of cedarwood.
It was created for those who move through the night with effortless confidence.
Design Individuals were responsible for selected corporate material, product photography and physical presentation elements rather than the original fragrance branding. The work included the creative direction and photography of the perfume, the design of dedicated product-display stands and business cards for the AL GIGA boutique in Mykonos.
The central strategic decision was to present Black Edition through atmosphere rather than literal island imagery. The visual direction focused on darkness, controlled light, reflective surfaces and the sculptural qualities of the bottle, translating the fragrance’s transition from bright citrus notes to a warmer and more seductive base into a restrained visual narrative.
The resulting photography and physical applications gave AL GIGA MYKONOS 01 — Black Edition a more coherent and distinctive presence at launch and within the boutique environment. The display stands strengthened the product’s visibility, while the imagery and business cards extended its premium character across customer-facing touchpoints without altering the established identity of the parent brand.
